Admissions Checklist
Welcome, and thank you for considering Crossover Recovery Center. For your convenience, we have created a list of items to bring, as well as items not to bring. If clarification is needed or should you have any questions, please call us.
What to Bring
- Credit card to put on file for your medications
- Current medications must be in the original bottle and prescribed to you
- Insurance Card
- Photo ID
- Names and phone numbers of health care professionals and family members and/or anyone else you would like to have involved in your treatment
- Up to $200 in smaller denominations for incidentals
- Casual comfortable clothing
- Sleepwear
- Shoes for everyday use and for exercise
- Workout/gym attire
- Shoes, shirts, and appropriate undergarments are required at all times
- Hats and sunglasses (may be worn outside only)
- Personal toiletries (needs to be alcohol-free)
- Journal or Recovery Related Books
- Please keep your belongings to ONE large suitcase
Do Not Bring
- Clothing with any drug, alcohol or gang references
- Excessively tight-fitting clothes, low cut shirts, short shorts or sleeveless shirts
- Items of high value. Crossover Recovery Centers is not liable for any lost or damaged items
- Weapons of any kind
- Mouthwash
- Hand sanitizer
- Aerosols
- Electrical devices
- Cosmetics containing alcohol
- Food or Drinks
- Non-Recovery Books
